The Capital
Strategy Manager advises the Trustee, the Education Board and Schools on all
issues concerning the repair, maintenance and improvement of schools. He or she prepares bids for funding to the
DfES and other providers, including the private sector, ensures that
development briefs comply with DfES guidelines, serves as point of contact
where necessary between the schools, technical advisers and the trustee.
